Direct Care and
Residential Staff
  • Provide milieu therapy, behavior management, and crisis intervention services.
  • Plan and implement activities to ensure the safety and wellbeing of students.
Positions include:
  • Residential Child Care Workers (Awake Overnight, Weekend, and Relief staff).
Educational 
Staff
  • Develop and deliver engaging academic programs while implementing effective behavior management systems.

Positions include:

  • Teachers (Special education certification preferred).
    Teaching Assistants.
    School Counselors.
Clinical 
Staff
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students and their families.

Positions include:

  • Therapists.
  • Case Managers.
