The St. Anne Institute Board of Trustees is pleased to announce Richard Hucke as the agency’s new Chief Executive Officer/President, effective Feb. 1, 2021. Mr. Hucke comes to St. Anne’s from a career at the Jewish Child Care Association (JCCA), a comprehensive multi-service child welfare agency. Among his experience is revitalizing residential treatment center programs, successful transition to Medicaid Managed Care, developing collaborative external relationships, and grants and fundraising.
Former CEO/President Anthony Cortese retired from the agency at the end of 2020 after eight years. The Board of Trustees thanks Mr. Cortese for his leadership and service, wishing him a long and happy retirement. Chief Operating Officer Theresa Gabriel served as interim CEO from January 1-31, 2021.
