Richard Hucke, CEO Announces Promotion of Michelle Parady

Richard Hucke, Chief Executive Officer Announced the promotion of Michelle Parady to Chief Program Officer!

Please join me in congratulating Michelle Parady on her promotion to Chief Program Officer.  Michelle brings to the position and to the St. Anne Institute community a wealth of experience in managing and coordinating multiple human services programs that ensure quality, safety, health, and wellbeing for all. 

Michelle takes an interdisciplinary approach to establish and advance agency and programmatic goals.  Michelle is a strong advocate and works diligently to build and maintain synergistic relationships with all community stakeholders. 

Michelle  earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from The Sage College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Russell Sage College.  

 In this new role as Chief Program Officer, Michelle will be employing this expert knowledge and working collaboratively with the St. Anne Institute leadership to lead the agency’s Educational and Vocational Programs, Runaway and Homeless Shelter Services, Street Outreach Program, Agency Behavioral Support and Services, the Residential Program and the newly awarded Crisis Residence as SAI moves solidly into a managed care environment and beyond.   

Michelle will be assuming this new role immediately and will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

One of SAI Directors, Co-Authors an Article in Global Advances in Health and Medicine

St. Anne Institute is both proud and honored to have our very own, Tami Flaherty, Director of Community Based Clinical and Care Management Services recently co-author a publication in the Journal for Global Advance in Health and Medicine SAGE Journal. This incredibly interesting article takes a deeper dive into the importance of inclusivity, recognition, and representation of healthcare practitioners within all aspects of the licensure system.
