Full-Time 40 hours/ week

Description of Duties:

·        Maintain kitchen work area including equipment, utensils, floors, tables, walls, appliances

·        Maintain stock area including putting away stock, date & label stock and rotate stock

·        Performs any duties assigned by the Cook or Food Service Coordinator

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required

Special Notes:

Must be able to put away stock (some boxes weigh 50lbs) and carry a 10 gallon stock pot.
