Smart Schools Grant Funding
St. Anne Institute is to receive grant funding of $32,940 to be used over the next five (5) years to purchase Classroom Technology.
St. Anne Institute will be using the $32,940 grant funding to purchase 14 Dell OptiPlex 3020 Minitowers with E2016H Monitors to be used in the classroom for increased educational interactivity for the students and the teachers. In addition, 24 Wireless Access Pints with licenses, 2 each 24-Port POE switches with licenses and 1 each 8-Port POE switch with license. Teachers will have access to current documentation on the courses of study that they will present to our students.
The updated computers and wireless Internet access will provide teachers with the ability to access Internet educational websites with greater ease and in a shorter period of time while keeping the students’ attention focused on the subject at hand.
