St. Anne Recieves $5,000 from the Troy Savings Bank Charitable Foundation
St. Anne Institute has received a $5,000 grant from the Troy Savings Bank Charitable Foundation for the purchase of six electronic RealCare Babies for the Effective Parenting Class. The electronic babies simulate a real infant and are used to give the student an understanding of parenting roles and responsibilities. Information related to human growth and development of the child and parent as well as identity traits of mentally, physically, and socially healthy families are included. Support systems related to parenting are also explored.
